Pauly, yes, at #5 spot.

Mac, all great choices. Blood in Blood Out, Menace 2 Society, and Road to Perdition all made the list if you check the first post. Bad Boys with Sean Penn I definitely overlooked, but American Me was talked about. As for Taxi Driver, I suppose it could have squeaked in, but there's nothing much gangster at all about that movie aside from the shootout at the end. But, that being said, Taxi Driver would make my all time top 10 no question. Great flick.

Man Killed With Shoe; Girlfriend Charged


NEW YORK (AP) - A woman whose ex-boyfriend died after she beat him with her size-12 high-heel shoe was charged with manslaughter Sunday, police said.

Roosevelt Bonds, 51, died early Saturday after the brawl outside a Brooklyn nightclub, police said. Anna Rhinehart, 40, apparently knocked him down and beat him repeatedly with the shoe, police said.

The two had a child together but their relationship had recently become strained, police said.

A spokeswoman for the city medical examiner said Bonds died of chest compression and blunt trauma to the head, neck and torso.

Rhinehart was awaiting arraignment.
