BG wins this game. They are the better coached team and have better athletes. Boy, JJ would love to be alone with a few of their tight ends.

Game is in Idaho, which gives Idaho a huge advantage.

Bowling Green is in the MAC, which is 0-12 as a conference in their last 12 bowl games.

Hopefully, Bowling Green can help the conference out a little bit, but I see this one going to Idaho. (I will be rooting for BG and not betting)

People keep trying to apply logic to these bowl games. Here is my thinking today. Bowling Green would probably lose a close game but probably has a better chance of blowing out Idaho than Vice Versa. So I will play a very small wager on BGSU.

Lang is on BG as a free play. That mush actually hits one of them every now & then but don't count on it. He has 50 units on the over so look for a low scoring game. By low scoring I mean high 50's to 60. The over is 68'

I dont want to be responsible for getting anyone stuck... but one of these teams struggled, and had to get lucky to beat Buffalo..they are missing a DT cause he beat his chick..and will have to deal with crowd noise... One team has beat a bunch of nobodies coming into today.. the other team has been tested last 4 games...

idaho lost the last 3 but other than boise no ass kicking, the gms were close

bg played lower competition the last 3 gms,

however, i believe BG is better but the hm venue for idaho + snowy conditions concern me a bit

If you are familiar with Dave Clawson's system, then yo know it takes a while to pick up. It's a complicated spread scheme which is more than likely why BG started off a little slow and finished up strong. If form holds true, they should play well. Idaho suffered some injuries and finished out the season poorly but they should be healthy for the bowl game.

qb tyler sheehan and freddie barnes have their thing going, bgu D has come around,
they have taken well to clawson's system because it's not too different than the previous coach who was former OC under urban meyer

seer, they started 1-4 cause they had to play:

@ mizzu, a bowl team but only lost by 7
@ marshall, another bowl team and lost by only 7
vs. boise, no explanation needed
vs ohio, they scored 37 against another bowl team but lost by only 7 again

it's their DEFENSE which came around slower because of only 3 ret starters

BGU started to win after the ohio gm because the MAC sched kicked in
