Las Vegas residents

Back in the day my sojourns to Vegas involved wearing away a lot of
shoe leather "shopping lines". Dropping in for old times sake as 1st step
of my trip. Is there any reason to even venture out of the apartment
to get value or should I stay in and online? Also any places have props on NFL/NHL?

Not a resident currently. There is no compelling reason for a Sports Bettor having to live in Vegas any longer.
