However, now that there is a supposed remedy, why do there continue to be issues? For me, what is most disheartening under the current conditions (with the current processor), is that I keep hearing about people that made withdrawals in the middle of June who have already received their checks (sometimes within a week) while I, along with others, continue to wait and wait for our May withdrawals. Those who have received prompt payments recently also tend not to be the people who had their withdrawals cancelled previously. How is this fair? I would love to hear a logical explanation of how this is even possible. How can you legitimize your intent to pay your customers if you are selectively paying some while witholding the funds of others? How is this process actually done? Is it a lottery? Or do you hold some sort of favorability rating with some vs. others? Why isn't it accomplished in the chronological order of submission? If you are really serious about apologizing for and remedying this situation, you at least owe us the answers to these questions. And I don't mean the typical cut and paste crap that your CS department continues to feed us. I want real, straight answers - "from the horse's mouth."
Oh and by the way, when you cut and paste that "the backlog is shifting" (since I hear this every time I contact your CS department), does that mean that it is actually decreasing or is it really increasing? I'm guessing the latter.
Unfortunately the queue is dealt with by the Withdrawals Department and so I may not provide a sufficient answer in relation to this I fear. However, I can assure you that no preferential treatment is used other than for those who have experienced issue with past withdrawals. We attempt to expedite these as much as possible.
I can tell you that it is quite true that the backlog is shifting. I understand that this will be hard to believe with these issues being quite so prolonged but the fact is that our processors are speeding up along with the backlog. Your withdrawals should now be reaching you a lot sooner than before and we hope that normal service will resume quite shortly.
Most sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Wow. I guess I shouldn't expect anything else at this point. More ambiguous cut and paste responses... I've heard these all a million times before from you guys. Why even come on here if you're not going to clarify anything? You're just repeating the exact same BS that you do when we call or contact live chat. How worthless.

I'm gonna say no. I'm gonna go with one (miraculous) check for less than 50 dimes. I'd stick to the Alouette locks.

Check the Withdraw delay thread again... It's long but you'll find it... It's great he got paid and I guess made good money... I am not hating I was just checking and he did get all of that but is still owed $5,400.. I THINK but am not sure that he even RE Deposited a month or two ago so things can't be that bad.. I am going to re up myself because if SBoo and WSEX are both going on a one month delay I'll take SBooo but I am switching to their sister book Players Only...

I don't want to come across as a brown nose looking for brownie points.
I don't want to come across as a brown nose kissing Jazzette butt here but it's good to see a management type from Jazzette show up here and at least lend some confidence that eventually everyone will be paid.I have 3 checks coming myself and many people who withdrew after me have received checks and I haven't.
It's from my experience from penny stocks that when a company is avoiding talking to shareholders because they are ready to reverse split or get delisted they DO NOT have anyone from the company say anything to the shareholders.Raging Bull is the equivalent of the SBR forum in the world of stock trading and there were times in a company's situation where something didn't seem so good as is the case with Jazzette slow paying and there were 1000 forum member posters begging for someone from the company to explain what's going on.Of course no one from the company said a peep and allot of that had to do witht he SEC Securities Exchange Commisssion holding company officials to their word where liability came into play.I know that Jazzette doesn't have to fear breaking government rules because there aren't any but they want to stay in business and if they say they are going to pay publicly like here on SBR and don't,they are cooked. So it's good to see that someone from Jazzette came forward and stepped up to the plate laying it on the line that they are good for the payouts. It's what is called transparency in the stock trading world.

You've raised a number of valid points, Marc. There have been great problems in the introduction of these new processors and it's not been as smooth a transition as we had planned for.
Allow me to point out, however, that at the CS department we rely on information feeds from our Withdrawals Department in relation to these issues. In turn their reliance stands with our financial processors. With the introduction of the processors this did result in ties being crossed on some occasions and the release of a sending date which was not 100% accurate (allow me to explain this point a little further below ...)
With the volume restrictions in place with our new processor initially we were hesitant to send larger values of cash and so the smaller withdrawals were the first to be sent in order to test delivery (don't worry, your funds weren't jeopordized by this, they would still have been remibursed should they not have been received). This of course meant that prior to the receipt of confirmation of delivery of the smaller values of funds we were unable to send withdrawals above a particular value. This left some customers waiting for our security checks to be complete. Not an ideal situation, however, the security of all transactions on site is our responsibility and we stand by this decision.
In relation to the sending dates which you have received and may have been amended. The volume restrictions again meant that we could only send a particular number of withdrawals to our processor per day. A customer would receive confirmation once this has been sent to our processor. This, unfortunately, did not mean that it had been sent by our processor on this date as they did have some problems regarding this.
From my personal understanding our processor received too large a volume of withdrawals at once to be permitted to send these and so there were further delays involved.
We apologize for the obvious inconvenience these issues have caused and hope this sheds some light for you.

Jazette Employee,
The first problem you guys have is that most of your CS department doesn't know the difference between the date you send the request to the processor and the date the processor sends the funds. Most of your people are convinced (likely because hit is what management tells them) that the date you send the request to the processor is the same date the processor sends out the funds to us.
Back in May, I spent nearly 2 hours trying to explain to your people that there was no way my funds were sent on May 4th. I kept begging them to just ask someone to call the processor and find out the actual date it was sent. They refused this request. But after about 2 hours the CS rep said the supervisor contacted the withdrawals department and confirmed the processor mailed the funds on the 4th. It turned out to be a total lie. The processor never claimed to have sent it out on the 4th. So instead of just having someone make a 2-minute call to the processor to find out the real status of my check, you wasted 2 hours of my time and your reps time.
Look at all the people who were told their bank wires were sent on March 21st. How many people have to call you and say they never got their wires, before you admit that your processor never sent the wire. Rather than just admitting that you guys were using a downright awful processor who kept screwing up, you guys stuck behind your processor and tried to convince everyone that bank wires can take months to arrive.
You guys didn't accidentally misinform us. You guys got scared and downright lied to us.
As for the queue, there was never any "queue" in the real sense. From early on your withdrawals department was picking and choosing whom to pay. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is when you have requests dating back to March 28th, and its now April 28, and you are still in the queue, while others who requested funds on April 9th, have already received their funds.
I can't blame you for the fact that Chexx inc decided to leave the US market, but the way you guys handled the situation and continue to handle it, is atrocious. The fact that you guys refuse to acknowledge all the things you did wrong is despicable.
You might want to tell your managers that most of us, are sick and tired of being told "sorry for the inconvenience" If someone is owed a few hundred dollars, and they have to wait a few extra weeks to get it, that is an inconvenience. But when you are waiting months on thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars, it is a whole lot more that an "inconvenience." At that point, we should be entitled to speak to someone in a position of authority

Expect Long Delays in Cashouts from Sportsbook Poker
Over two months ago I won over seven hundred dollars from Sportsbook Poker for first place in a poker tournament. I cashedout for nine hundred dollars a day or so later and a half a dozen stories and two months later . I still have no check. Mr. Company spokesman employee said that they have cashouts down to ten days now, but I say I have been stiffed by sportsbook poker and my money is in "queque" somewhere for the safety of my funds.Mr. Employee is the same employee I have dealt with these two months and I have received a half a dozen different stories from the guy. Patience is not something poker players owe
concerning cashouts. What this guy says about ten day cashouts is not from the horses mouth but the other end....SLTahoe1 :

I had an account at Sportsbook.com once - until they jerked me around and took over a month to send me a check. I will NEVER - EVER - EVER use them again. They lie, they are disrespectful, and they don't take responsibility for their actions. If this jerkoff actually thinks that because he says, "Don't worry, your money is safe," that's a good reason for continuing to use Sportsbook, then he's high on crack. Sportsbook should not only be adding huge bonuses to their players accounts, they should be sending them whores, big screen TV's, stereo equipment, and anything else they may want. Stop calling a pile of shit on a plate a gold brick and call it what it is - shit.

Of course I'm not asking for sympathy in that sense but rather that you understand that we are genuinely attmepting to resolve these issues for you. We want these issues resolved and to re-gain the trust of our loyal customers (some of whom have been with us for over 10 years!)
Most have said that the withdrawal issues, while a huge inconvenience, have not been incurred by them before with us and so the benefit of the doubt is applied. In relation to bonus/compensation for the delays we did apply a 5% bonus on all withdrawals which we were forced to cancel when the processors were changed and we will review any request for compensation once a customer has received their funds.

The Jazette snow job.....
It is hard to show restraint for an enterprise that seems to take great delight in confusing clients, outright lying and its disorganization. You want understanding, trust and restraint yet you have not earned it. Reminder, you have been in business 10 years and, seeing as that you are, after all a casino, shouldn't you have had multiple contingencies in place instead of placing the eggs in one basket so to speak.
Also, how do you take money from new clients and not warn them? I have taken it upon myself to tell my friends to stay away from Sportsbook.com. You guys are shady as the day is long.

PlayersOnly $700 withdrawal from 7-6-08
Dear Jazzette_Employee, do I actually have a chance to receive my $700 withdrawal from PlayersOnly? Will there be a new payment processor in place sometime soon? I am considering doing a ********** if the situation is not resolved soon. nbaberry@yahoo.com
Is ShamsWoof10 a PlayersOnly (Sportsbook) employee?
