Ukash is useful. Its an easy way to deposit and most places will allow you to withdraw via moneybookers or Instadebit.
Most of my accounts are USD as well, but some of the big books are great for exchanging currency, ie CentreBet will let me deposit CAD using ukash then withdraw to my USD moneybookers account.Comment
