Great for depositing small amounts (ie less than $150, cheaper than **/**) especially if you want to fund in CAD.

Ahh, but you buy a Ukash voucher and deposit to a US sportsbook account and the book usually gives you a better rate than **/**.
Ukash is useful. Its an easy way to deposit and most places will allow you to withdraw via moneybookers or Instadebit.
Most of my accounts are USD as well, but some of the big books are great for exchanging currency, ie CentreBet will let me deposit CAD using ukash then withdraw to my USD moneybookers account.
