New Workout Regimen

    New Workout Regimen
    Started last night and will be alternating daily in between it and another regimen

    20 pushups
    15 body squats
    25 crunches
    10 lunges
    10 body builders (burpees)
    45 second planks

    NO breaks in between those 6 excerices until you finish the plank. 3 sets


    The cardio is the following

    5 min warmup
    1 min sprint
    2 min jog
    Repeat the sprint/jog parts 2 more times
    4 min cool down (walk)

    if you stick with just about any routine long enough you will get decent results. consistency is the key, once you have proven to be consistent with any routine, than you can start trying to find "optimum" routines..... good for you, good luck

      yeah worrried no resistance training will burn me though. Just dont wanna spring for a gym membership because the closest one to me sucks. Also plan on eating 5-6 small meals a day with mostly lean protein and fiber

        1 minute sprint? holy shat batman!

        Looks like a good plan. I need to get into some kind of cardio workout. Just hit 30, and I get winded way too easily. I might do that first part of your workout, but for the cardio part, I will probably walk 5 minutes, then run 15 minutes, then walk 5 minutes; do that for 2-3 weeks, and then try to move it up to 30 minutes, with less walking time at the beginning.

          yeah by sprint I mean full on sprint. Switching speeds should burn a lot more calories than straight jogging IMO

            you are correct, interval training is the way to go for fat burning

                  you get in pushup position and put your forearms on the ground and just hold it
