question about Run Line - Cubs-Pinnacle

I've noticed that Pinnacle doesn't put up an early runline for Cubs games - and for the most part, only Cub games are excluded.
does anyone know why? just curious.

No run line and no total overnight. I'm not sure I'm correct, but I figured it must be because of the wind. It makes a difference whether it blows in or out. And maybe there is no reliable information about that overnight.

It's definitely wind related on the total Ion, and most likely the same on the RL as well.

This was discussed in another thread last week, totals are not posted for Cubs home games until roughy 10 AM ET so that the oddsmakers have an accurate report on the WIND. And there is a direct relation between the runline and the total.
