The current withdrawal delays we are experiencing are lasting a good deal longer than any of us had anticipated. This situation is a result of the US Legislation passed last year. After a time, the processors we used for both deposits and withdrawals opted to pull out of the US market which left us no choice but to find other alternatives to get you and thousands of others their cash. The new partners we took on had to be comfortable with the task of sending thousands of customers withdrawals, and commit to the high standards of trust and expediency we expect.
As much as we would have liked, we couldn't just send every single pending withdrawal out in one batch. In order to prevent a similar situation occurring, our new partners are forced to limit the value and number of daily transactions occurring. Also, our new partners are located offshore, so our delivery times have had to increase.
