I really do not see how you can call the Music City Bowl, the EagleBank Bowl, hte Humanitarian Bowl, the Insight Bowl, the Armed Force Bowl, the International Bowl, the PapaJohns Bowl, the Alamo Bowl, or the GMAC Bowl "real" bowl games. They are just as bad, and in many cases worse, than the bowl gmes we have seen. The Poitsettia, Las Vegas, Meinke and Emerald Bowl all had better thams than the ones that will be playing in those Bowl games. I mean, who can actually get excited about a 6-6 Michigan State team that has 10 players suspended. How about a 6-6 Iowa State team against a 6-6 Minnesota team? 7-5 Idaho vs 7-5 Bowling Green probably will not get me to change any plans, nor will 7-5 UConn vs 7-5 South Carolina, or 7-5 USF and 7-5 Northern Illinois. There are plenty of crappy bowl games coming up.

Bigdaddy, it's football and each game might present an opportunity to win some cash...... I am a football fan but fore most I'm a gambler. Let me evaluate the matchups and bet. Not each game presents an opportunity but a lot do somewhere. If I was a NCAAF fan I'd be pissed with all these meaningless bowls. As a school you gotta love it because even if your piss poor you can play a bowl game somewhere.
