I understand that some of you operate sports websites. I am thinking about launching a sports website too.

Would you, gentlemen, care to share any horror stories you have experienced while operating your sites ? I am trying to learn from your previous experiences and find out where everything seem to have gone wrong so that I do not repeat the same mistakes.

Any input would as always be greatly appreciated.

Why would you want to operate a sports website? Is it for free picks, forum or sports news?

I'm just trying to figure out what kinda sports website you're talking about.

I had in mind a website for statistical data. I will be listing my own power ratings for all teams in all sports and lots of other information that will help the bettor reach and make a more informed decision.
