Unfortunately it is not possible for us to offer this service legally due to the fact that we have US customers. While a solution would be to restrict this service to Non-US customers, this is not legally feasible.

    Hello Jazzette Emp,

Can you PM me your # or email so I can verify you represent the company?

How would using Neteller be illegal? As a private company with uncoded processing you are saying that using this method breaks a law? Neteller never stopped allowing outgoing transfers to non-US, correct? Neteller has reportedly told players that the book's merchant account is still active. What about Moneybooker or Egold?

Thanks Bill for following this topic closely. Your help and persistance has been greatly appreciated by all involved. This Neteller situation doesn't make sense. They would have all their International players continuing to bet with them if it was available. I know I would only withdraw part of my balance if this option was available, but if it isn't I will be forced to withdraw it all as I wont wait for months to be paid. 2 days is long enough...

        You are welcome Mark.

I received a reply back from Mike. PM me your account IDs so he can check on this option for you, if you still want to pursue it.

Just because Neteller will no longer allow transaction to US customers does not mean that they won't do business with compnaies that have American customers.

This is just another example of management passing false and foolish information to thier employees, and then their employees unwittingly making fools of themselves to thier customers.

Jazette has no fear of the DOJ, but they are afraid of accidentally paying a US player via neteller. LOL!!! this si just too funny

Bill I have PM'd you all my account details and hope Mike is willing to transfer my balance between books. This way I can withdraw the majority of it to Neteller and the rest I will just punt. He is in a win win situation as I am doing zero punting whilst my money is with Linesmaker.com

You know, I signed up with my Thai address. When I tried to withdraw funds from my account via wire transfer, I was told they no longer send wire transfers and I would need to have a check sent. They then told me that I am unable to get a check outside the US. I asked them to put the funds back into my account - which the did. A few weeks later I asked just how I could make a withdrawal and they said, "to my US address."

They had changed my Thai address to the US address I had with the account that they closed because I hadn't been using it. Now, first, they shouldn't be changing my address without my permission and second, they really should have had and should always have at least one back up method for their customers to make withdrawals. The problem I have is I keep winning - once I start losing I'm going to have them send a check to my US account but I'm hoping they get their act together and start using Moneybookers or some other method. The way they run their book is pretty unbelievable....

If you have a large balance you might want to get $2450 requested and in the pipe. The larger the account, the further back in line you will be.

We simply require some time to do so as based on the logistics of our current processor it is not possible to send funds outside of the US. We are working to provide alternative methods.

Please bear with us. Apologies for the obvious inconvenience.
Oh sorry, you PROMISE? I've stopped sweating my $28k now, as long as someone who hasn't been able to pay a non-US client for months PROMISES it it safe, it MUST be true.

I was PROMISED pointbet.com was in no trouble the DAY BEFORE IT WENT OFFLINE. Don't see any funds in my bank from their promises.

When will you stop saying "inconvenience" when you might as well say theft. There are a number of payout options that you COULD use, you just choose NOT to use them for NO GOOD REASON. NETELLER MONEYBOOKERS and CLICK2PAY ARE ALL FINE FOR MANY OTHER BOOKS.

Cut the crap, its boring, if we wanted this bs we would just go on the live chat.

                                  Hey Mark,

Let me see what we can do for you.... my only concern about transfering funds is that our processors on the other platform will not be able to process your payments any faster and we dont want to put you in a worse off situation in that regard.... the payment processing at jazz is improving but there is still a backlog... having said that we might be able to get things out a bit quicker by special request.

                                  Cheers,
                                  Mike

Now to me that means money problems as Linesmaker.co.uk has Neteller as an option.

Maybe, but maybe he just doesn't fully realise the situation. I would be very grateful if you kept us updated on this shark. If Bill or anyone else has any other suggestions about how to proceed for non-US customers I would be interested to hear them.

If they can mail the funds, use a mail forwarding company based in the US. You may have to change your profile at the site to the forwarding company's address.
