MoneyBookers has confiscated my money

MoneyBookers asked for my ID and address proof. I submitted both and they were not satisfied because they did not deem my ID as valid, even though it is the national identity card in my country.

So they asked me to get a court or attorney to certify my documents and send them a scan. I got an affidavit from my district court and submitted it along with a copy of my attested ID & telephone bill. Seems they are still not satisfied as I get no response from them.

I told them I just wanted to withdraw my balance into my bank accnt. They told me that will not be possible. So they will just hold my money forever?

Does SBR have a contact at MoneyBookers that can help with my situation?

Moneybookers sucks.. Don't use them. I've had some problems with them as well..
