LOL. How's that? I've simply tried to make this easy for myself. I've also had to make adjustments as this is certainly not what I'm used to doing compared to wagering in brick and mortar sportsbooks. I believe I've found a good balance now.

OTW, ever heard of variance? People can win at roulette short-term even though the odds aren't in their favor.

To even begin to be able to draw any meaningful conclusion from a sample size of 100 events, the number's must be 62% (or 38%) which would correspond to 2 standard errors. To try and draw a conclusion from a 44-49 record is silly.

this is nice... except for the fact the guy has no idea what he's doing.

one knows that occasionally the tote will flip all unders or all overs or all dogs.. and etc. it was on that twist of fate that things went your way a day or two ago.... and you are now up to 47.5% or whatever it is.

be careful, my friend. there comes a time when one is driving along a country road... and one has gone too far to turn back.

It is actually possible to be a good athlete and be proficient in mathematics and statistics. Shocking, right? Most of the picks I made in the beginning absolutely did not reflect Think Tank fundamentals. In fact, they were just the contrary. Aside from that IrishTim is right, 100 picks is not a significant enough sample size to weather variance.

100 wagers doesn't mean nothing, but unless it meets the 62/38% standard, it's statistically insignificant. And I like your approach -- you can't dispute with the basic math/don't understand standard deviation, so you try to take a personal stab. Not like it matters but I played 3 varsity sports in high school and still play intramural basketball and row in college. It doesn't compare to you though, considering you look like Brad Pitt, play short stop like Derek Jeter, and **** like a pornstar.

It is possible to be athletic, enjoy sports, and still have the mental capacity to apply math and statistics to gambling.
