You can spell it many different ways. There are many many ways to spell it Plomberg. I prefer the CH... This was the best Chanukah ever for me!

The H way is the more Americanized. There is no letter combination in English to give the best pronunciation. Ch would be more indicative of the ( hard back of throat) sound than H. Just like l'chiam.
