Muddy, You are not the one stepping in that ring. Mayweather's reputation and health are on the line. He just wants to make sure it's a level playing field. Pacman has been the one who has dictated this fight. Mayweather has accepted every term of Pacquiao's. All Mayweather asks is for random blood testing. It's simple really when your reputation and 40 million are on the line, you take the test, especially if you are innocent
