It's called No Limit and it's about Bob Stupak the shifty clown con man that owned Vegas World Casino on the north end of the strip that he turned into The Stratosphere in the midst of running off with the cash and saying to this day he's broke.
I stayed there many times on his cheesey vacation packages you would see advertised in The Enquirer or your Sunday Paper's Parade section.The whole vacation experience there was an absolute hoot.Some of the best and memorable times of my life were spent there when I had very little $$$$ myself.Let's just say it was a low breau kind of place.hehe!
It would make an absolutely great movie and fall into the comedy-drama-action movie categories so it would draw in people from all walks of life.Christopher Walken could play Stupak to a tee I'll bet.
