Please tell me why anyone with money ( more than a very small amount) already in there would accept this "gift" under those conditions. Yes, I agree with you about it being a gift to those with a zero balance. Limiting how much they could win from this is reasonable. But for someone who has money there and plays regularly, how do you separate the regular money/bets from the money made from the gift and bets made with that money. I still think there is a misunderstanding about how this works for a regular player with a sizable balance.

You are right. How the gift balance is distinguished from existing balances is unclear at best. At worst, it is punitive against existing account holders. I'm sure that's not what BP wants to do here, but we should let them explain how the gift rollover is determined for those with existing account balances.

In the case you have a balance with a rollover we use a second account that was set up for free casino chips. This account is the same as your normal account number with the prefix of CB at the front. This keeps it separated. The idea of this would never be to punish you for having a balance. That would be absurd at best, thus please be rest assured that you will not have to roll any current balance plus the freeplay.

There is a $200 restriction on the winnings solely from the freeplay its self. After that point you can turn your $200 into whatever you want.

We gave out over to 100k of these items across all brands...this is the reason for the $200 restriction.

Assumption: 100000 gifts / 8 winners = 12500 winners
Risk: $25 to win $162.50 = $2031250 given to accounts
Rollover: $2031250 x 6 at 50/50 win/loss standard = $203125 x 3 = -$609375
Gift Amount: $2031250 - $609375 = $1.42 Million in gift amount
