Likely Kentucky Derby morning-line favorite I Want Revenge hit the track at Churchill Downs in one of his final major workouts before the Derby. The 3-year-old colt covered five furlongs Tuesday in 1:01 3-5 seconds with 19-year-old jockey Joe Talamo aboard. Trainer Jeff Mullins said he was pleased with the Wood Memorial winners work on a track still a little muddy from heavy rain the day before.

I Want Revenge's pedigree is laced with stamina from top to bottom. He is sired by millionaire Stephen Got Even, a son of 1992 Horse of the Year A.P. Indy and grandson of 1977 Triple Crown legend Seattle Slew. If you enjoy betting horses online, it's definitely a pedigree worth investing in, especially when the 1 and a half mile Belmont rolls around. In eight life-time starts, I Want Revenge has three wins, one second and four third-place finishes, while collecting graded earnings of $774,000.

Pioneerof the Nile, trained by newly minted Hall of Famer Bob Baffert, covered the same distance in 1:00 4-5. Baffert said he plans to work the Santa Anita Derby winner at least one more time before the Derby on May 2. In eight life-time starts, he has five wins and one third-place finish, while collecting graded earnings of $1,193,250.

Like many colts before him, Pioneerof the Nile will seek to avenge the loss of his father in the Kentucky Derby. His sire, the regally bred Empire Maker, won the Florida Derby (G1) and Wood Memorial S. (G1) prior to starting as the 5-2 favorite in the 2003 Run for the Roses, but complications from a foot bruise perhaps compromised his chances at Churchill Downs as he wound up 1 3/4 lengths second behind Funny Cide.

Considered one of the top Derby contenders, Quality Road developed a quarter crack on the inside of his right front hoof—a few days after the same injury to the right hind hoof was declared healed by hoof specialist Ian McKinley.

Trainer Jimmy Jerkens tried to remain optimistic that his Florida Derby winner would still be able to run for the roses at Churchill Downs. If the injury creates a setback in Quality Road’s training schedule it seems doubtful the colt would run in the Derby. He has won three of four starts with a second, including a 1 3/4-length victory in the Florida Derby on March 28, while collecting graded earnings of $600,000.

Quality Road will attempt to give top-class sire Elusive Quality his second Kentucky Derby (G1) winner in six years, following the romp posted by dual classic hero Smarty Jones in 2004. Quality Road is the fourth foal produced from the 14-year-old Strawberry Road (Aus) mare Kobla, a full sister to champion Ajina, heroine of the 1997 Breeders' Cup Distaff (G1), Coaching Club American Oaks (G1) and Mother Goose S. (G1).

The Kentucky Derby, one of the greatest sports betting spectacles of the year, is often called the most exciting two minutes in sports, which will be solidified for the 135th time. One of my major pet peeves is outdated info. Perhaps higher on the list is a book who limits 2 horse exotics to 100-1.

I understand this is better overall than most, if you include every offshore book. To have a statement like they do is just hogwash.

I know, it isn't that bad for wps people, unlike the Greek. That is unreal.

Exotics though it is rough. Compare them to carib, 5 dimes, wagerweb, bookmaker, even Betvegasvic is better. Not even close.

Comparing sportsbooks is tough enough, but shopping for racebooks is even tougher, IMHO.
