the Loshack posted under The HG prior to the bash, don't think he's posted as such since. Biggest tools? OMG where to start. As far as regular posters we all know who they are (don't we Eggnog), but in the past look up the crybabies who try to rip off the books and start screaming when they get caught, MelInsurance, BigWoolyMammoth, the dude who claimed to lose 160K from betfair because his account was hacked and then disappeared without us knowing a resolution. And if not for the Glorious Purple font sexygamblingchick would rank right there too and don't forget OldZig from that thread.

#1 Yes. He use to post as The HG. He now posts under a different name but I will not give it away. It has been given away on the board though if you were paying attention.

#2 The problem is a lot of the good threads have been moved to the Private Zone where the SBR search does not work. Makes it much harder to find threads there. Taco might need to teach us how to do that.

#3 20four7 gave some good examples. Any of the people on the list about wars with Taco should be good reads as well.

For #2 Pags will probably be the best one to do for comedy purposes - "you eat fishsticks" "you wear girl pants" etc. etc. Check out the last few threads he posted in, endless material.

I figured the good stuff would be in the Private Zone. Looks like the searching will take much longer than I was hoping.

From my brief time here I would agree that many great battles would include Taco, guy is a master at busting B.S. which would start stuff.

Thanks for the imput and keep it coming. The other problem with search is it only contains the last 1500 post. For some that is 2 months worth so not much history there.

I agree Taco. I mean I never had issue's with Pags and even like the guy but when he got pissed off he did tend to go grade school on people. Funny stuff.

Biggest tools. Very subjective. I could lob out some names which seem glaringly obvious to me as important historic tools - but no doubt there will be some guys who will say, "What? I really enjoyed him."

Without getting into the current crop of tools, you would have to have Raiders there. He was the original tool from day 1. Full handle: Raiders72001 and Raiders72002 and possibly also Raiders7201.

There was imgv94. That brings up the whole reputation points debacle. That was just one implement from a whole shed of his toolishness - but what an example.

batemanpatrickl had 2 or 3 separate toolish appearances. GRRR I AM VERY VERY ANGRY! LOL!

Buddybear started off as an okay guy but morphed into a very complete and accomplished tool. It was something to behold. A complete personality change.

Can't mention Buddybear without pags. Everyone now thinks of pags as the guy with the dopey NCAAF shenangians - which was indeed a toolish episode - but he had a whole different variety of toolishness going back to day 1 of the forum. He was/is a multi-tool.

Those are the names that leap to mind first for me.

That's great Mud. It helps a lot. Biggest problem with searching Pags though is he thanked so many people it kept his post count up so with the 1500 limit there isn't much history on him. I will look for some more though.

Wally, search the college football forum only. It's usually where the juicy stuff is. If you search the entire forum there's a lot of fluff in it.

That is good info 20Four. I never even thought about narrowing the field to one forum I just assumed the software was 1500 period. I will give it a try.

I disagree with the characterizations of pags in this thread. I found him to be a comedic genius. The esoteric use of "fishsticks" referenced above, for instance, was absolutely brilliant in an "Everybody Loves Raymond" sort of way.

It is deceptive because of the title. It starts off being about one thing but becomes about something very different. And then it just goes.

taco has done so much incredible work but this may be his Sistine Chapel.
