angels took the lead last night with bottom of the 9th walk off victory. Boston is no longer #1 in the AL

i ****ing hate those beantown assholes. this is great, because the yankees are doing pretty good lately. c wang is on a roll and clemens should be getting better the next couple of starts. the yankees is only about 9 games behind. if boston goes on a losing streak, the yankees can easily catch up. from now on, i'll be rooting for the angels and the yankees every day and rooting for the red sox to lose everyday. go halos

Actually the Red Sox are still slightly better. They have a better Win %. If you just want to look at records, they are tied. Because the Angels have played 2 more games, winning 1 and losing 1.

I would worry more about the betting aspect of all this....you should drop your fan allegiance as soon as you start betting. Being a fan is cute and nothing more.....
