I've been monitoring this storm all morning.

Friends over in Charlotte, NC already seeing Snow! Gastonia NC 1" already and they were not suppose to get but 1-3" starting tonight.

Colder air is settling in people. Quicker than the forecast called for. That mix is cooling the air. Over 50,000,000 will be affected by this storm and it's by far the biggest North America Eastern snow storm in years. My grandmother in War, W.V. already has seen 2" today and is suppose to get 10-12" more tonight and tomorrow. I'm telling you, this is a massive snow storm and it's got some snow punch in the South. That's impressive. Even NYC will be getting 3-5" of snow. Washington DC is looking at 6"-10".

Get those shovels ready! Well, I'll be watching the rain fall out my window. I'm in the Sandhills in N.C. and all we are seeing is Rain with a Temp of 37* right now and suppose to get down to 34* tonight. Yes, this sucks. I want snow...lol.
