I don't think she knew he was in the back of the truck. Sounds like he's not gonna make it. Very sad story. Definitely a lesson to be learned here. These domestic disputes just aren't worth it. Best to let things cool down and revisit at a later time with a cooler head. Hope this kid pulls through.

Anyone who is stupid enough to jump into the back of a pick up truck which is moving has a major problem to begin with. This guy was just asking for what he received. The guy was a fvcking ass clown who couldn't help but get arrested non-stop. No manners, no civility, nothing. Yet he was lucky enuff to win the genetic lottery and play in the NFL.

I used to live in another country and every now and then I'd see this poor young woman scrounging through the trash at night for food, for anything... and she had a young baby w/ her. They lived on the street. I never gave her any food or money but I'd feel sorry for her a billion times more for her than for some lazy, gangster punk who can't keep himself out of trouble... and gets paid > 100K a month for doing nothing.. and is lazy on top of it. And don't forget that he was a moron who jumped into the back of a moving truck.

I KNEW THIS GUY WAS BAD-ass RIGHT WHEN I SAW HIM.

He was A wide reciever for the Bengals in jail for serving alchohol to minors. Then there were some other legal issues with him. He add all kinds of bad-ass tats and cool hair, but I could tell from his expression he was someone who pushed the limits in life. A lot of people are like that at that age. I guess he jumped in the back of his fiancees yellow x-trak (which he probably bought her) after an argument. Probably the marraige wasn't gonna happen and he couldn't handle that. Then a half mile later she started swerving back and forth at 40 mph or so, and he lost footing and hit the street. TMZ

I think he was dead yesterday at 6:40 central from head injuries (Dallas newswire). That lady is an adult and should know how dangerous it is to make someone, or to fall from a truck bed at that speed.
But the courts aren't gonna help Chris, because he was straight bad. they aren't gonna rule in his favor.
