How much would you pay SBR posters to post and which ones you would? Keep in mind this is a business so there is no infinite number of cash to give around.

For example if I was an owner I would have allocated $1000 every month for paid posters. How would you distribute this money? Give $100 to 10 posters or give all $1000 to one poster?

Let's see how you can fare as forum owners if you had to be in charge of paying for posters. It's not as easy as some of you think it is.

I am a forum owner, just starting out. But my personal preference I will go for the quality of the posts not the quanity. You can post a whole bunch of nothing and nothing gets done. Or you can have quality posts that help everyone make money and being very informative, that is what I want! I don't want a JJ making nude videos always losing bets posted and bringing nothing to a forum like he does here. He is the type of person that I would not want to give my money too!

I'd pocket the thousand, as the people currently behaving like paid posters do not generally contribute anything of value. Creating a dozen worthless threads a day does nothing for me.

There is another forum that at 1 point had 28 paid posters. I think they have less than 10 now. Paid posters do not work. I'd rather pay some of those serial posters NOT to post. Thats how I would use the cash.

Paid posters and ghosts are deceptive to sponsors and boring to the regulars. We only take the best books as sponsors. They come back year after year and sponsor the site and contests because they know we are on the level. So if you want to put on your forum owner hat keep those things in mind.

Other than that I wouldnt pay anyone....What I would do is put up say 5k pts a month to be divided by the top 20 poster by post count....it goes by % of your post vs the total. That would keep them singing
