I'm sweating out my buddy's game with him. He has Warner and his opponent has Fitzgerald. He is down 86-85. Winning QB gets 5 points so if AZ pulls a miracle that might help as long as Fitz isn't the main reason. A Warner TD to anyone else would be his best case.

just lost my playoff spot to frank gore won my match, needed this guy to lose and he was down 21 going into mnf with just frank gore....

Don't most leagues go 14 games and then start the playoffs in Week 15? Mine does. I'll be sweating next week.

Last week of regular season here. Lost by 0.8 in game would have made it on wildcard but lost that by 0.2. Amazing.

The league I have been playing for a while used to play the regular season through week 14. It seemed like every year, week 17 resulted in too many teams taking the week off and resting guys. A couple of years ago we changed to a 13 week regular season. Seems to work better and the quality of the Superbowl is better.

This is the ten-year anniversary for this league. The irony is, tonight, I lost more on my Ariz. bet than if I were to win the league but I but couldn't be happier to have adavanced. You play against the same guys for year after year, bragging rights have a certain non-monetary value.

Bragging rights are the biggest reason! You blow the money in a week, bragging rights go on all year long!
