                              AGREE AGREE AGREE (except for the part about the large wagers on dominating starters - I prefer large wagers on hot teams getting big odds vs. dominating starters).

                              Baseball is by far the best betting sport. And the fact that most Americans prefer football proves again how dumb most of them are.
