bodog pays!
I also received a payment to moneybookers, took less than 12 hours. Mail replies within 1/2 hour.
I know it does not directly help you poor US players, but at least it is an indication that Bodog are not out to rob you but do in fact have real processing problems.

Thanks guys. If I was a new player in Bodog I would appreciate your posts. How Bodog is treating the non-US minority is important. This isn't a BetUS who is hanging up on players or Sportsbook.com which chooses not to use Neteller or methods that could pay it's non-US users.

Bill Dozer,
So when American customers try to deposit money with Bodog they will also be told:"You need to wait, because we cannot pay you instantly, if you win"?

you're an idiot. when i said does "anyone" care, i meant "anyone" as in THE U.S.A PLAYERS WHO HAVE $ IN NETELLER. you took my post out of context, and misinterpreted it completely. why such anger towards americans? jealous that everyone wants to come here and only a few can get in?

Hitbritz,
I know you are a sound bloke from what I've seen of your posts, but I just had to comment here.
"Everyone" doesn't want to go the the US. People who are poor and disadvantaged and who lack opportunities generally want to go to wealthier societies. That is understandable. The US is one of those wealthier societies but many people want to go to the UK, to the continental European countries, to Australia and New Zealand and Canada and on and on.
I know its part of America's "schtick" to talk about everyone wanting to go there. The truth is that hardly anyone in a modern and advanced Western economy wants to go to the US. I doubt that the French or the Germans or the Dutch are sneaking across the Atlantic in small boats to wash up on the shores of North Carolina.
Most Americans are just as good a people as you will find in any other country. But your president is a person who is very clearly a man guilty of heinous crimes against humanity and war crimes and should be brought before the International Court of Justice.
That doesn't mean that all Americans are similar to him. Far from it. But Americans do need to take some responsibility for putting him in office and being allowed to use the treasure and the gung ho patriotism of its military to carry out his campaign of murder in other parts of the world. Yes, I know. You didn't elect him the first time. But that still says something about your "democracy" that causes several billion people at least to say, "no thanks, don't count me among the 'everyone' who wants to go and live there'"
And you did elect him the second time.
Anyways, hope you get paid whoever you are betting with.

I'm not sure I understand what you are suggesting but yes, that is essentially the case. Bodog's website states it takes a month to pay. A US player who intends to bet can read that and then read a forum or review and go to BetJamaica.

During these times it is hard to read the signs and make sense of a book's intentions. All books instantly became less profitable and some who weren't making a profit are in debt. You have books using processing as an excuse not to pay all players and you have others sending 5mil through two different processors in case one doesn't go through.
As observers we want to see companies do what they can. It's just good business to pay 5% of your customers asap when 95% isn't as happy as they once were... Flex what muscle you do have and show you are doing everything possible. It says a lot about a book that slow-pays UK or Canadians while still maintaining a Neteller or MB account.
US Neteller users are hopeful in large part because the company is still investing in itself. Granted, they are also unhappy the company is making money despite what it's putting the US customers.

i didn't say that. but you know that tomorrow if someone was to invade france, we'd send in the troops and save their sorry asses a 3rd time. jealousy is all too common in this world, and a lot of the hate generated towards the US is because of jealousy. the problem with americans is that they are complainers. look at us on this forum, we're all sitting here bitching about how they are preventing us from gambling online. there are people in africa, mexico, phillipines...................... who would love to worry about that, instead they have to worry about surviving. in america, you can be the biggest low life piece of shit, and you can make it, easily. there are jobs for everyone.

Bodog
I've been a US Holder, back when internet gaming first started. Somehow I got lucky enough to never get stiffed. I was with grandprixsports which became bigbook, which then got absorbed by bodog. At least with bodog I've gotten some positive assistance from time to time, when in the past first fidelity youwager talks to me like I'm a pile of sh*t. I won over 17k with bodog since April and it was the WORST time trying to get the money. First it was the volume, then the processors bla bla bla. So I got about 12k in checks 5k, took 17 business days, 3k and the other 4k took about 20 business days. At least now they finally give you a tracking number. The rest came within 2 days in piecemeal via western union, even though picking up the money I felt like a criminal. LOL. So yeah, they are paying, but its slow. Too slow BUT, we have to understand, that just reading articles alone, the us is cracking down on money laundering due to terrorism, and when these shell companies cut too many checks a day, thats all she wrote folks. I have faith in bodog, but I too admit it sucks waiting, and every time I win, I almost tell myself I didn't because you never know if the last check you got will be your last. But for now..hey, they are paying,.

hitbitritz does not speak for all Americans. I, personally, am offended by the arrogance and ignorance of most American citizens in regard to world history and current events. Unfortunately, our society instills in its citizens a deep sense of nationalism. Any question of this is regarded as both weak and treasonous. I was against the invasion of Iraq from the start because I did not trust the flaky excuses of the Bush administration and was deeply offended by the cowboy nature of their circumvention of the U.N. Security Council's vote on the matter. Unfortunately, when I would talk to many of my friends and family prior to the invasion, they thought I was half nuts that I saw Bush as pushing for war at all costs without any significant proof of a threat to our security. What happened on 9/11 is truly sad. But what's worse is using it as a springboard for unilateral military action and imposing the will of a small group of neo-conservative politicians on the citizens of America and on other countries. What's awful is that we were the victim of a horrendous unwarranted attack on innocent civilians - intended to do exactly that - kill civilians. America had the sympathies of the world and should have sought brotherhood with its allies. Instead, Bush and his small group of advisers has alienated us from the rest of the world to an even greater extent. I only hope that once he's out of office, the next administration will be half-witted enough to repair our mistakes and begin doing good for not only America but contribute (with the help of other nations) to the betterment of the world as a whole.

This sounds good and all but no need to explain yourself monkey****er. We are in a sports betting forum where every non-American, or should I say the majority, benefit from the American sports. I mean what are you gonna bet on, soccer and cricket all year long? So stop with the hate and let's support each other in what we love to do.
