and Canada's representatives for Curling at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver have been determined.

On the women's side, Cheryl Bernard has guaranteed us strong curling and ongoing MILF action throughout the event.

On the men's side, Kevin Martin makes his third trip to the Olympics skipping his strong team out of Alberta.

All horniness aside, the men's event is the big deal in my mind. Kevin Martin has been probably the best curler in the world over the last 20 years - but has had a tendency to collapse at crucial moments in world events. There will never be a bigger moment than this for a Canadian Curler. He needs to nail this.

Oh there are MILFs. There are honest-to-gawd young hotties in some cases (although not on this particular team). Actually, beyond skip Cheryl Bernard, this team isn't much to look at.

I have a ton of faith in Martin's team the way he's curling right now. I've never really bought into the "clutch" aspect of sports much, so his occasional collapses don't scare me too much.

I've always said that any of our top 5 men's teams would be more than capable of bringing home the gold, so I would've preferred to see Stoughton since I just like cheering for him more, but I can't exactly complain about Martin going; he was by far the best at the trials and very much deserves this. The Olympic Gold is really all he has left to accomplish and you know he wants it really bad.

To be honest, I don't follow the women's nearly as closely, but I did get to see Bernard's rink a couple of times and they looked pretty good as well. It is a little nerve-racking sending a team with so little experience in major tournaments, and I think they'll be in tough, but they still have a good shot.

The women's side has gotten scary because the Chinese team is basically professional. All they do is curl. In, like, 3 years they have gone from nothing to World Champions. And they are young and probably not getting worse.

I like Martin but I just have those doubts. The way he lost the last world championship in the final was one of the most bizarre things I have ever seen in curling. But then other times he has just gotten beat by miracle shots.

His team is great though, no doubt. I want this gold real bad.

Hopefully they play so well through the first 8 ends in the medal rounds that it's already out of reach by the time they get to the 9th. It's unlikely, but with the way they're playing I could see that being the case.
