Their contracts will be amended to allow for suspension of compensation based purely on my subjective whims. This posting thing is very serious business and I will treat it accordingly.

This measure would allow SBR ownership to free up time and focus on other ventures, knowing the site is in my capable hands. Current mod salaries will be slashed to the bone and I will take a very tough stance to reduce the financial retribution currently received by paid posters like Bread a/k/a Fishphucker.

Experience and Qualifications:

5 years power posting at leading sites like magorwager, SBR and EOG;

Uncanny ability to spot BS; and

Indifference to the detractors of family and friends -- 100% commitment.

While I have to commend you on seeking gainful employment even at a ridiculous salary, I'm not so sure you have completely thought things through.

You have seemingly dedicated your time here as the censorship crusader. Taking such a position under the terms in which you have laid out would be a mistake. Either you will have to bring an end to your couse or eventually be terminated earlier than you might imagine. Surely SBR would have to curtail your opinions on such issues as peeing in the shower. I doubt very seriously they will stand behind your continued abuse of the service industry. Your political views will have to be restricted to actual issues and won't be allowed to go off in random rants without facts that are documented and not interpreted. Your bi-sexual experiences will have to be kept to your own imagination. Never again will ou be allowed to openingly express you joy of the Milkyway Express. Corperate standards won't allow SBR to support your ethnical clasification either. You will have to forever be color blind.

While I think this would make Buzzy a better human being it would certainly be the end of the Lion's Roar.

So far no one will be monitoring site such as SBROdds, nor correcting little flaws of info we receive. Neither providing end user's assistance at the book, posting the game board or creating lines for MMA-Boxing or UFC matchups.

As for SBR John, you are no longer to be affiliated with the site. The new direction will take marketing seriously and not treat it as an afterthought. Case in point, from Macau to Minnesota, True Lion Sports is a household name and associated with the highest quality. On the other hand, SBR is a never was. I asked a bum outside Timmy's just today if he had ever used SBR. His response:
