Maybe jap driver 162 dollars paid with pay pal

authentic driver won bid 225

i would rather pay the 225 and get the authentic callaway driver.unfortunetly i alrady paid the 162 using pay pal/credit card can i get out of this i am sure the guy is boxing the driver for delivery tomorrow.what can i do i want the real driver.

The 162 driver might be real also i dont know but if i had a choice i dont want to take the chance.i would rather pay the extra money.what can i do fellas

wtf are you talking about?

If the local pro has any contacts, he can get you a used club from a reputable place and also help out your club at the same time by purchasing from them.

I would not trust any club that is bought over the internet except from a reputable site. Its very easy to cave the face of a driver or bend the shaft slightly and you would never have any idea. But you knew that since your handicap is so low.

Jim, I've bought alot of gold equipment off of ebay, most I just refinish and resell. I haven't hd a problem with fakes. If the seller has good feedback and no complaints then you are probably ok. Just make a complaint with ebay and paypal if you get it and it is fake. I've never paid retail or even close for anything.

are you telling me your public golf course does not sell clubs, balls, tees, etc?

i would be closing leagues too... 95% walk, take up all the times, play slow as fk, and want a senior discount and/or league discount.. probably do not even buy a drink but demand the golf course put out more water coolers on the course.

When you get it tell paypal it arrived broken. If they dont take care of it, tell them you are going to call your credit card company.

I'd just wait until ya get it, if its fake then contact Paypal and get the ball rolling.
Paypal has systems set up for these kinds of situations.

I got a buddy that breeds dogs and sells some over the I-net using Paypal. He had a lady pull this on him claiming something about the dog not being dewormed. He's out $4500 and the bitch still has the dog and is sueing him

or just contact Paypal and see what they'll do...

I am probably going to get suspended from e-bay because i bid on two items and won both but i am only going to pay for one the other guy can go f-ck himself.

E-bay kind of sucks i bid on two drivers i won the first one a day before the other one was over what the f-ck am i supposed to do first come first serve.why should i wait around for the 2nd club and take the chance of losing both items f-ck e-bay

Send the guy an email for the club you dont want, so you incorrectly bid. Maybe he will cancel the bid.

Hey, i do alot of part time stuff on ebay. Before this gets out of hand, contact the seller first and just tell him you messed up. More than likely he will let you off the hook. If he does a cancel transaction through ebay he wil not get charged the seller fees either. If he is a prick and makes you buy, well then you can pay via paypal, get the item then put a paypal claim in. Do an Signicificantly Not as Described claim though because those are pretty much automatic in your favor.

Or you can take the strike on ebay for not paying, but ask ebay to remove the strike because you bid by mistake. They need buyers to keep their business alive. Hope this helps
