Suggestion for SBR Odds

Allow users to enable/disable feeds at will to speed things up. NCAAB season makes using the "ALL" page quite tedious. And I'm sure I'm not the only one who only looks at 4 or 5 feeds and has no use for the rest.

You could still leave the sportsbook banners/icons at the top and potentially get us to click them, all the while saving on bandwidth.

Just a thought.

Note taken, quite a hard one to pull off, as the 'importer's' structure as a whole will have to be modified.

Thanks for the reply Richard. Well, if you guys ever go that direction, I would also make the "ALL/SELECTED" option disable whatever is not visible when clicking on "SELECTED". I see no performance gain when going from "ALL" to my SELECTED few, so I assume that the data is still being loaded by my browser.

I'm sure it's a lot more complicated than what I imagine. Again, just a thought!

I was wondering the same thing about "all/selected" as to whether I get changes faster if I selected only one or a few games compared to all. My guess would be no faster.

If I we could get faster by selecting fewer, it would be great.

Same for number of books if we ever get that option.

BTW, if SBR techies know of any browser configuration/cache tips to speed up SBR Odds, it would be useful to post them. I have trouble accepting the fact that my decent quad-core desktop PC chokes on a full slate of Saturday games. I think it has more to do with resource limits set by Firefox than overall computing muscle. I might be wrong.
