Players who cashed out of GoldenPalacePoker.com in January and February of this year were sent batches of checks in March. Unfortunately, those checks bounced. Golden Palace stated the bounced checks were in a pending status until the bank finishes with the backlog, and that they hoped to have the matter resolved by the end of April. PokerRoomReview has received complaints from players who remain unpaid, who report that queries to Golden Palace support regarding this issue are routinely ignored.
