Will this be the year I am defeated in golf??? Beantown has a better handicap but handicaps dont sink putts.

If you are new to SBR then you are in for a treat. Everything is free, the rooms, all the booze and food you can slam, big money free poker tourney and on and on. Oh, and of course the free golf tournament. So if you are cold now just think about the bash in August where 100+ SBR posters will gather for party time.

I'm playing here at 11 am. Its suppose to be in the mid 50's. I've never broken 80 on this course. Its a very difficult course. I'm about a 12.

In vegas I shot a 77 the first year and a 81 this year. But we play from the senior tees to speed play so a mostly driver/wedge and the flat blade.

John thats a nice club are you a member? Whats the membership dues per year i'll bet its a lot cheaper than the boston area.in the city of boston we have a few public courses but the private ones are very expensive plus you have about a 10 year waiting list.

John i play at (the country club) in brookline where they had the us open and ryder club twice a year.i know a couple of brookline firemen and cops twice a year the country club lets the police and fireman use the course and i go as a guest.thats my big thrill each year playing at the brookling country club or as the members say the tcc.

We dont have the land that the club in texas has wow that looks like quite a place i would love to go private but my lovely wife would never pick up the tab and i have been out of work since 2000 retired young.

Our golf season is almost over here in boston its going to be 29 degrees tomorrow just a little cold for golf but i have done it before

Worst 5 days I can remember in Denver in terms of cold and lack of sun. Weekend is looking good and thank you for the sweet thoughts of Vegas in August. I actually tried that driver with a reg flex at a golf simulator. It seemed to turn the ball over faster and felt good and sounded good too. But not ready to trade my X because I play it at times in the fairway especially in the wind in costa rica. Cant imagine hitting that fat diablo out of the fairway.

Yea that shoe thing was pretty funny especially on that rather high end course. BTW the course where the tournament is held is not nearly as hard. That Bally course was quite difficult.
