I just quit weed and cigarettes. I used to smoke both every day. Weed triggers anxieties for me, but there were other effects which I enjoyed. The overall influence was negative though and I finally came to terms with that after....oh about 20 years of pretty steady use.

The cigarettes I have smoked off and on for about 20 years as well. I had quit for 3 years and started again about 2 months ago. Just stopped last week cold turkey and don't miss them (or the weed) one bit. Feel pretty good actually. Haven't even had more than a beer since Thanksgiving.

most of my friends are huge pot heads, so im always around weed. i use to be into weed pretty big, then i started using bongs. MAN THEY TOTALLY F*CKED ME UP, i would get so paranoid. after the bong experiences anytime i smoked weed i got utlra paranoid with anxiety. so i had to quit, and i dont miss it. weed was great to me until i started using bongs.

smoked cigarettes for 5 years and i quit about a year and a half ago. i wont lie though anytime i drink i sometimes have a cigarette. however it never makes me turn back into cigs on a regular.

Never done pot or cigs. Can't stand th smell of either. Don't like being around either. A fat fck such as myself shouldn't be so picky but I won't date a woman that smokes. Not better than anyone just personally choose to not be around either. Don't drink either for that matter but I can at least tolerate drinkers until they become drunkerds.

I smoked Good stuff for about 15 years and it has set off a series of panic attacks. I finally told myself I'm better off without it. Been clean for 4 months and will never smoke again.

I quit about 8 yrs ago, only had the occasional toke since then which reminds me why I quit.
quit for many reasons,
first son was born
wasnt learning shit on the job since we stayed high all day,
legal troubles,
anxiety,
etc...

still love the smell of a fresh bag of kine bud though
