Ive had the same problem in the past.I have asked to be excluded from the casino in a lot of my accounts.Of course you can contact them and ask to have it lifted but the temptation is,nt there as much when i know i have to ask them to lift the exclusion.

I,ll admit i have contacted them once to lift it and lost everything i had in my account so its not worth it.
