Stan James VOIDED my bet for no reason!! I'm SO UPSET!!!

From their chat I just did with them:[Kenny] thanks, our trader says he lost connection to his system at 20.06pm - from that time the markets were left open in error as he couldn't close them. he has informed us that any bets placed after 8.06pm are placed at the wrong prices/lines etc, so will be void where applicable

I AM FURIOUS!!!

I placed the bet towards the end of the 3rd quarter, when Prokom was leading by 1 point, the Hcp of 8 points was very NORMAL at the time I placed my bet, if I could choose another bookie who doesn't give me this crap I would do it....!!!!!!

Do you have any comments or suggestions please what am I supposed to do now?!?!?

I have sent a complaint form to SBR about this.

You're probably just fukked. I had a similar problem with BetUS years ago, cost me $440. I just took all my money out and moved it to another book.

Do you know where is a site that shows what happened in the game and at what time? I want to show you that at 20:09pm UK time when I placed the bet it was very UNCLEAR how the game will end, if Prokom would have lost the game (and they should have, I was surprised they won) - then they're for sure would take my bet as a losing one but since it's a winning bet they just chose to VOID it, scammers!!!

Anyway, do you know which site can show the progress of the game and in what was the score at 20:09pm UK time?? Is there any way of getting this information?? This sucks, really sucks, I'm so fed up with Stan James...

BetUS I heard is really bad but Stan James has reputation, so what happened with them? Why are they crazy or what?

I tried to place the bet Prokom +11.5, system said odds changed, tried +10.5, odds changed, tried +8.5 and I got the bet sent and delivered to their system, so what's the problem I don't get it???

It's too small amount to take them to court about it, but what can I do to get justice in this matter??

Many sportsbooks are shady. I find many european books to be crooked by all the posts I read here at SBR. The best thing to do is spread the word and stop playing there.
