Yeah... Dreamwager is a 10 man operation that wanted to focus on offering service to other bookmakers. This looks like one of those turnkey sites. We may never know whose money is behind it. The service provider is called SportsCallCenter F.A.

FTR, this is one of their turnkey sites. The site states:
