OT: 25 year anniversary of this classic movie
I can't believe it's the 25th anniversary of Fast Times at Ridgemount High. I remember watching this movie in the theaters way back then. This and Caddyshack has to be 2 of my all-time favorites.

Heres a clip of this classic:

U do know Phoebe actually thought he was jerking off, since Cameron and Amy had convinced him to use a plastic dildo.

When I first saw Spicoli I was hoping it would be the scene where Mr. Hand visits him at his house before the dance. Great find Dan and one of the best high school movies ever. I'd also throw Porky's in there. I can't believe it's been 25 years. Life flies....

Who knew when it came out there were so many Oscar winning actors in it?

Sean Penn, Nicolas Cage, Forest Whitaker. I know Jennifer Jason-Leigh has been nominated but I don't think she ever won.

I noticed it was on the AMC channel the other day so I flipped by just as they were at the famous Phoebe Cates hooters scene. They edited it out. It was just wrong. I know AMC edits the hell out of everything but I just thought that it was so much a part of popular culture they would have to leave it alone. But no.

My life has felt totally off-balance ever since.

Porkys was another great classic flick indeed. I think that movie was made right around the same time as fast times was.

I agree, both are classics. Yeah, hard to believe it's been 25 years since Hollywood unleashed Phoebe's beautiful ta-ta's!

I was beginning to have old memories and clicked Dan's 2nd video, only to watch over five minutes to see a freaking 80 year old lady have identity theft committed against her as a climax. Damn that was cruel Dan!
