Except when Eli Manning beat him in both Super Bowls. Not the best ever. Couldn't put up more than 14 points while some might consider having the best offensive line and offensive weapons combination ever.

Elway carried 3 Broncos team to the Superbowl in the early 80's on his back. With no name receivers or even a running game. And he had the most conservative Coach in Dan Reeves that wasted his early years. Don't forget, Brady still has a very stout running game, probably the best in the league right now.
