Received a ticket last night, questions regarding it for those who commite offenses..

So we have things here called "Michigan Lefts" well I was the green path and failed to stop at the stop sign. 10 mother fukkers in front of me did not either. Traffic was steadilly traveling North bound, as there was a break in traffic with more on the way, all 10 of us went mind you none at all stopping at the marked stop sign, (red dot on map) I was the last jerkoff in line so as I turn the PIG flicks his lights writes me up for it.


My question is, I want to pay the fine only not get any points though. Do I check "Admit Responsibility w/Expalaination" or do I "Deny Responsibility"?

Deuce...you don't need to be a lawyer to figure this one out. Plead "Not Guilty" and then negotiate it down to careless driving (which is a non point violation)

Which shows you know nothing of the sort. Pleading not guilty to it will just rile the magistrate up, accepting responsibility will waive the points and you pay the fine.

TELL THE JUDGE THERE WAS A CREW OF DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS WORKING ON A SEWER COVER ON THAT CORNER AND THEY WAIVED YOU THROUGH THE SIGN BECAUSE YOU WERE IN THE WAY.IT WILL WORK DEUCE THE COP PROBABLY WONT EVEN BE AT COURT.I USED THIS EXCUSE ONCE AND BANG THE JUDGE DROPPED MY CHARGE.
