Kinda reminds me of when I phone a book looking for a payout (WSEX). And I tell them I have been waiting for 3 weeks and the latest in a long strong of promises they gave me has been broken. And then they put me on hold for 10 minutes, then they come back and ask me for a bunch of information that I already gave them. Then they put me on hold again. Finally they feed me a story that sounds a hell of a lot like the other stories that turned out to be BS.

Then they say, "Thank you for your patience."

I don't know how to break it to you but I'm not being particularly patient about this. I'm making sure every one of my contacts knows exactly how you are operating and I have a long memory.
