    this is a copy of a conversation I just had with VIP

    Suzette: Thanks for contacting us at VIP.com - How may I help you?
    marc: hi is neteller deposits eligable for a reload bonus
    Suzette: What is your account id?
    marc: i dont have one yet
    Suzette: I am sorry sir but we do not give out any information to customers that do not have an account.
    marc: why not
    Suzette: Management decision.
    marc: what this is rediculous
    Suzette: I will be right with you.
    Suzette: I am sorry but that is our policy.
    marc: I am going to cut and paste this conversation and post it on Sports book review forum
    Suzette: That is your decision Sir but we have our policies and we cannot break them.
    marc: Ok I will do that now

      Thats just dumb policy, very un-VIPish. Its a simple yes or no question. Many books have riverted back to the don't care attitude that marked the early years of the industry. Its ironic that VIP was really about the first book to offer great service.

                  Well i stick up for them.
                  Suzette is a very nice girl,i spoken to her before.
                  Frankly i agree with their policy,since there not taking any more new us players.They have no idea who is talking to them on chat fbi,doj ect...
                  Since your asking about netteller deposits.I assume your not from the us.So why not just open an acct and then ask.
                  They slow payed me for a week ,but atleast they were nice enough to e-mail me to tell me..and i got paid the day they told me.That was yesderday btw.
                  They might not be the best book,but it is easy to deposit there,and collecting might not take as fast i we want ,but they pay and i feel my money is safe there.
                  Or atleast as safe as most of the top books

                      I am sitting on 5 weeks since my first withdraw request, with three more since then totalling around 15k, and I haven't received a dime.

                          Most books are that way when discussing Dep/ WD options and questions. It makes perfect logic to do this IMO since you never know who is asking the questions...JMO
