Had some money in e-wallet so decided to try them out this weekend.

Won a little bit and asked for a payout last night , was told I could cash out ** for a $30 fee.

Little high for ** since they only charge 9.99 but I said OK. Was told to check back today for confirmation.

Checked in today and was told I had to wait 10 days since I deposited thru E-Wallet , nothing in their rules state this

Why do books not make these thing clear ? Never had this problem with any other book.

Live chats response was " We have not received our money , why should we pay you " Bad PR in that staement !!!

I will wait 10 days and cash out and not play there again.

Bad thing is I have $125 coming from a contest and have no interest in the place now

Fees are high at all books for **/**! Usually about 10% of withdrawal amount.

It's not just Wagerchief! Must be more money to send out in the shit countries!

Not the fee that pisses me off but the 10 day hold.

I have seen that on credit cards but not E-wallets.

Should be in the rules , not after you request payout.

PokerNut please PM you account number , and remember ALL SBR players get a free payout once a month via any method .

Most books do apply a hold period on credit or debit card deposits before a first time payout.

Like I said before it was not a credit card or debit card but a e-wallet processor.

i'm sure wagerchief will make this right.

why don't you contact the book rep thru a pm instead of making the thread?

he probally would have handled the problem on the spot

                just saying...

I like this policy, some of these books love taking in the money but get tight when you ask for a withdrawel. Wagerchief has a good policy in this area.

Pokernut, contact Wagerchief directly, any problems or misunderstandings I've had have been sorted out without a hitch.

May Jesus Christ Bless Wager Chief! As the good book says:

                                          The Book of Joshua

One of the ceremonial rituals of Joshua 5 find its perfect fulfillment in the New Testament. Verses 1-9 describe God’s commandment that those who were born in the wilderness were to be circumcised when they came into the Promised Land. By so doing, God “rolled away the reproach of Egypt” from them, meaning that He cleansed them from the sins of their former life. Colossians 2:10-12 describes believers as having been circumcised in their hearts by Christ Himself, by whom we have put off the sinful nature of our former lives without Christ

                                                Ezekiel 25:17

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the iniquities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he, who in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who would attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

                                                          E-wallet is same as cash.

I am not running out late Saturday night to wire money.

                                                            Is this like neteller?

If so, I could have opened a neteller account and made legitmate deposits/transactions. After that couldn't you make a bank account transaction and have the account overdraw if there isn't enough in there?

My point was that if you have this policy it should be in writing under their rules.

I always read all books policies before depositing and there have been plenty I refuse to use for crazy withdrawal policies.
