#2PF Changs. Although a little americanized it's still good and not overly expensive.Comment -

#3lol to the suggestion of PF Changs to someone looking for real Chinese food.Originally posted by Dark HorseIf with religion you mean belief system, your belief system is your religion. Again, it matters not what it is. You believe in it, you are loyal to it, would defend it, and yet have no proof of it, other than that, at one point or another, you chose to believe in it. Self-hypnosis. What if there were a snapping of fingers that broke the hypnosis?Comment -

#5Support the Binion's Steakhouse. It's great. Decor looks a bit stuffy but they'll let you in with flip-flops, shorts and t-shirt without making you feel inadequate. I guess they're used to the hotel's clientele.Comment -

#10probably a little over 6 bucks a pack. Parliaments are my cigarettes of choice as well, and I pay about 6 bucks a pack in San diego. Shouldn't be that big of a difference in Vegas. Just be sure to buy them at a gas station or liquor store rather than inside your hotel

#20hey Matt, when you went to Vegas, how did you dress up??? I am reading some reviews online and it seems like that some casinos like Cesars, you will have to fully dress up to enter..... is this true?? since I am going there all by myself, I was going to take only comfortable clothes like puma pants and hoody.... and mayb one khaki pants along with dress shirt just in case...Comment -

#21I was in a t-shirt and shorts the whole time, even at Bellagio, but I ate at buffets & snack bars except for that one meal at the Binion's steakhouse. I think any stricter dress code applies to proper restaurants and clubs, but you'd be wise to ask that question to other people who've gone to Vegas more than once.Comment -

That one trip to the nearest Laundromat was something else though. Oh shit. Don't go North of downtown, not even one block past the govt. buildings.Comment -

If you don't want Americanized chinese food, perhaps a trip to China will change your mind.
Then you'll see how bad REAL chinese food really is.Comment -

#31I have two options... one, take 1stop airplane and sleep at decent place like Luxor and palms. This is cost me around $580-$650ish... I do not mind about 1 stop airplane ride but for return flight, it HAS to be overnight flight which I do not like. my 2nd option is to buy airplane ticket and hotel separately. I can get a ticket at the southwest airline for around $500 and this is non stop flight. If I go this route, I will sleep at Hooters or equivalent hotel to save me some money and total will come out around $600ish..... which one do you guys recommend?Comment -

#32I have never felt unsafe anywhere in vegas and I've travelled by myself a lot there. Mind you once you get past the greyhound station downtown or the El Cortez on Freemont and start walking you better keep your wits up as you'll see some of the non tourist sites. But if your smart you won't run into any problems. Besides how much safer can you feel than seeing a bail bonds place every 3rd building.Comment -
