I think there is a real good chance they won't.
Actually i think there's a good chance the colts & saints both could go undefeated and meet in the super bowl and the winner
will finally get to buy the 72 dolphin's a coffin to put it to rest!
Folks this could go down as the greatest NFL season ever in history imagine how great it would be to witness the colts&saints
in the super bowl both undefeated!

I'm going to go out limb now and say it's going to happen!

Both teams will likely rest their starters once home field is wrapped up throughout the playoffs. I doubt any team will go 16-0.

Most likely one will not advance to finals and one or both will lose one game.

I think it would be great if two unbeaten teams make it to the Super Bowl. That would be an awful lot of fun.

call me crazy but i believe the saints will make it to the super bowl undefeated and will lose to either the chargers or the colts in the super bowl

+1 Their remaining 4 are very winable, even resting starters.

The schedule sure is favorable for them. I think the Colts schedule is harder than what the Saints have left.

I doubt if either of these teams make the superbowl. The saints might go undefeated but the colts know their priorities.

I think looking at the schedule thing is way over rated

If you looked at the Saints schedule 24 hours ago would you have thought the Skins had a chance in hell?

Saint will win the superbowl this year. If you can't score with Saints your not gonna win.

colts are gonna clinch the #1 seed with 2 or 3 games to go and will rest a couple players and thus will not go undefeated.

Saints have a 2 game lead now over Minny for the #1 seed in the NFC. They won't do it either.

72 Dolphins will still be the greatest team in NFL history after this year.

Yeah okay dwight. They played 14 games then. They aren't even on the list for the top 10 greatest teams.

won all 4 pre season games, all 14 regular season game and then the superbowl.

I believe that all scrimmages in practice that year ended in a tie. No losses there either.

The Greatest team season in the history in professional sports. Hands down!

Yes, New England came close a couple years back but choked. I feel real bad for them.

14 games or 16 games is irrelevant and everyone knows it. Please!

I am a big fan of any team doing it. I have this guy that I work with that is a big Miami fan and I cannot fukkin stand himAll he ever brings up is how good the 72 fish were and no team will ever do it again! He said that I can have a free kick to his no no special place if any team ever does it again. I cannot wait to kick that fukker as hard as I can! I hate the Cowboys more than any team in the NFL and it would not even bother me if they did it in the future.

Sharp post..Being a life long Dolphin`s fan and having witnessed and listened to ( Rick Weaver was the voice- " He rappycacked him!!!" ) the undefeated season

I am truly in fear the streak may end

I stopped NE`s streak myself by betting them ML in the super bowl when they lost
Some of you young fish may not know- Hammerin Hank Goldberg was the sideline and locker room analyst of the undefeated Dolphins too

We would have won SB 7 17-0 and finished the year 17-0 if Garo did not try to play QB and get picked off by Mike Bass for a td

The worst part is, this years Dolphins had both the Saints and Colts beat and let them off the hook.

Sorry about the messages... Don't even really have anything against the Dolphins! Just hate this clown at work who bashes every other team based on what they did in 72! He was not even alive when it happened. Sorry to all you Dolphins fans... Nothing against you or your team. Emoney... You seem like a good guy! Not sure if you read the thread about where is the strangest place you jacked off but I might have on for you boys tomorrow! On his Dolphins mouse pad on his desk!

Here is an ideal but highly unlikely scenario.

Dolphins somehow get into the playoffs. (By wildcard or by winning their division.)

They beat the Colts in the playoffs and then the Saints in the Superbowl.

I think some starters will be rested for both teams late in games, but I don't know that either team will want to hurt their chemistry or pull themselves out of competitive games, plus keep in mind the #1 seeds get one whole week off to get ready for their first playoff game.

If you looked at the Saints schedule 24 hours ago would you have thought the Skins had a chance in hell?
I thought the Skins had a chance because they have been playing better and they were at home against a dome team that does not play in the cold.

The Saints don't have to play another game in the cold unless it is cold in Carolina. The Colts have to play Denver, Jacksonville and the NY Jets. All possible playoff contenders. The schedule is harder for Indy and if they win out with those teams then they should be the favorites to win it.
