Invalid bet at the SBR Sportsbook?

I keep having issues at the pointsbook.

Tried to do a four-way parlay with the sides and totals from two NFL games. Any of you know why this would be invalid??

no parlays are allowed side to total.

it doesnt matter if the spread is a PK and 50 they don't allow it


it needs to be changed.
