E-Check Sportsbooks for US Customers?

Are there any books left? I use to use my Bank of America Debit but now they have blocked gaming. I hate Western Union because of the fees on withdrawals and checks take too long. So I'm looking for a decent book if any left that take E-Checks from US Customers.
