In a word, yes. If he goes 4-0 no players get paid. Units don't matter in that case.

If you consider The Prick, like most people here, to have coinflip accuracy with their picks - he should go 4-0 every 16 weeks. My unscientific observation is that he has done right around that since BTP switched to a 4 pick format.
