    REQ: Odds Archive
I would like to know if there is a good odds archive, especially for hockey, other than Don Best where I can view opening and closing lines from a few different sources. Vegasinsider and Sports Crew isn't good either.

    Thanks,
    Martin

I was unable to find an archive at either site. I am interested in finding a site where I can view previous lines for a given date. I am not looking to subscribe to a line service. Does anyone have a link to a place other than Don Best, Vegasinsider(they dont post the ML for NHL), or sportscrew?

marsox, you can see the archieved results at covers. all you have to do is click on the "match-up" link. and, scroll down to the team your looking for. and, you will see a highlighted link that says "season". click on that and you will find what you are looking for.

they have archieved lines for football, basketball, baseball, hockey.

This is the link from Covers. It does not show where the source of the line is from or the opening and closing numbers.

This is the link from Don Best, it shows many sources of the line with opening from certain sportsbooks. This is more what I am seeking. The reason I cannot use the Don Best archive is because it generates dynamic HTML and I would like to capture a history of opening and closing lines from various sources. I could easily go in by hand and do this, but since I am a programmer, I wanted to write a program that can do it. Thanks for the help though, and if anyone can post a real odds archive similar to the Don Best one, I would appreciate it.
