What does it mean when they list the horses in finishing order, but no prices. Just blank. Belmont 5? Should your wager be refunded?

My horse knowledge is pretty limited, but someone on here should be able to fill you in. I did a couple of searches but didn't come up with anything. If you find out from the book itself or someone else, I would be interested in what it means as well.Comment -
