Personally I think it was close, hard to say if it was indisputable. My question is why does this rule exist? They changed the rule in the pro game years ago correct? But the rule is still there in the college ranks? Unless I'm missing something.

Some of the angles I saw on the Big 10 Network I thought were pretty clear the Fresno State player touched it first.
